Terms for using Perself.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of Perself, including our website, tests, reports, account features, dashboard, courses, subscription services, support, and related digital services.

By accessing or using Perself, creating an account, completing a test, purchasing access, or subscribing to the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use Perself.

Perself is operated by the business or legal entity identified on this website and in our checkout or billing information. Before completing payment, you should review the seller, merchant, price, currency, payment terms, and subscription terms shown at checkout.

Legal business name, registered address, and company registration details should be completed before launch if Perself is operated through a registered company or sole trader structure.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a paid account, purchase access, or subscribe to Perself. If you are under 18, you may use Perself only with appropriate parental or guardian consent where permitted by law.

By using Perself, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Perself provides self-reflection tests, personality and trait reports, dashboard features, courses, personal development content, and related educational tools.

Perself is provided for educational, informational, entertainment, and self-reflection purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, employment, or other professional diagnosis, advice, treatment, or evaluation.

You should not rely on Perself as a substitute for professional advice. If you have a medical, mental health, safety, legal, financial, or emergency concern, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe that your account is being misused, accessed without authorization, used fraudulently, or used in breach of these Terms.

Perself may offer free tests and paid report access. Paid access may require an assessment fee followed by a 7-day trial and a recurring monthly subscription.

Based on your detected region, the current assessment fee is $1.95. This fee is charged immediately when you complete checkout and unlocks your report while starting your 7-day trial.

After the 7-day trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at $29.95/month unless you cancel before the end of the trial.

The final price, currency, taxes if applicable, payment terms, trial terms, and recurring subscription amount are shown at checkout before payment. The checkout button should clearly indicate that clicking it creates a payment obligation.

By completing checkout, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the assessment fee and, unless canceled in time, recurring subscription charges.

You can cancel your subscription from your account area or by using the Cancel Subscription page. You may also contact support if you cannot access your account.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. To avoid the first monthly subscription charge, you must cancel before the end of the 7-day trial.

If you cancel after a subscription charge has already been processed, your access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days after the date of your last purchase. We do not offer refunds for transactions older than 30 days or more before the date you contacted us with a refund request. Refunds may be issued under exceptional circumstances and in Company’s sole discretion 30 days after any last purchase. Refunds are not available for Accounts that have violated these Terms.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or full payment authentication details on our own servers.

Your payment provider may have its own terms, privacy notices, fraud prevention systems, and security requirements. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

We may refuse, cancel, or delay access where a payment fails, is reversed, is suspected to be fraudulent, or cannot be verified.

You agree not to use Perself to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• create accounts or access the service without permission;
• copy, scrape, harvest, or extract data from Perself;
• reverse engineer, modify, attack, overload, or disrupt the service;
• upload malware, harmful code, or abusive content;
• use Perself for unauthorized commercial purposes;
• submit unnecessary sensitive information such as government ID numbers, payment card details, health records, or other highly sensitive data in free-text fields.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use Perself in a harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful way.

If you submit messages, feedback, testimonials, reviews, or other content to Perself, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third party rights.

You grant us a limited right to use feedback, support messages, and reviews to respond to you, improve Perself, operate the service, and, where you expressly permit it, show testimonials or reviews.

We will not publicly display your private test answers or personal report without your consent.

Perself, including its website, design, text, reports, scoring logic, software, branding, graphics, content, templates, courses, and related materials, is owned by Perself or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Perself for your own personal use, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Perself content or software without our written permission.

Perself may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, email providers, hosting providers, and external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

By using Perself, you acknowledge that we may process personal information to provide the service, generate reports, manage accounts, process payments, deliver support, protect security, improve Perself, and comply with legal obligations.

Any use of or reliance on Perself results is at your own risk. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perself and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

You may stop using Perself at any time. You may also cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process described above.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, fail to pay required fees, or use Perself unlawfully.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, privacy, and dispute-related provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the legal operator of Perself, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights to bring claims before courts or authorities in your country of residence. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date where appropriate. Continued use of Perself after changes become effective means the updated Terms apply.
